Yogesh J. Shah, a trailblazer in India’s financial services sector with over five decades of unparalleled experience. A Chartered Accountant and All India 30th Rank Holder, founded Yogesh Shah Securities Private Limited (YSSPL) with a clear vision to offer ethical, client-centric, and innovative financial solutions that build long-term value.
His contributions extend far beyond YSSPL. As one of the founding architects of the Pune Stock Exchange, where he served as Vice President, Mr. Shah helped shape the very framework of regional capital markets in India. His forward-thinking leadership and deep understanding of financial systems laid the cornerstone for YSSPL’s enduring success and credibility.
With a legacy marked by trust, integrity, and excellence, Yogesh Shah has been instrumental in growing YSSPL into a powerhouse in wealth management, currently managing over ₹8500 crores in AUM and partnering with some of India’s top financial institutions, including Prabhudas Lilladher and 25 leading AMCs.
